When approaching from south on "rel 7128181" there is a fence and one is not able to buildings and continue further.

Hence I've removed way/279634264 from the relation.

I do not know far one can go via "rel 7128181" and I do not know which route is proper bypass of blocked portion of 279634264.

Hence relation/7128181 is now broken.

Would be nice to have an idea what is now the proper way, but I still did a delete to make sure that people do not fail trying to go through there.
