Newly constructed (opened February 2025) Orlando Health Digestive Health Institute building, which houses the waiting room for CARE (Center for Advanced Research & Endoscopy) as well as the Multispecialty Clinic (Motility, Pancreatology and Inflammatory Bowel Disease.) There is no easy parking here, but validated valet parking for all patrons of the DHI. Anyone who is getting an endoscopy from CARE or going to visit their specialty gastroenterologist needs to go here.

Lake Lucern Dentistry is located here. On google maps when traveling from the south it will try to route you up Orange Avenue to turn right into the parking lot, but the parking lot is only accessible from the one way street, South Lucerne Circle.
