Gsw means Alemannic German (dialects from South-West Germany, Switzeland and Alsace in France).

I've got a World map in Alsatian (gsw), so the aim of this modification was to add "name:gsw" (and sometimes name:fr if missing) for some cities, countries, seas or oceans.
I began with Scandinavia, so the Arctic Ocean was inside.

I'll try smaller modifications in the future.
