"Park is currently closed for maintenance. Problem is the gate is still open on the North side (near the funicular entrance), but the others downhill are not. Closure is allegedly temporary but I didn't see any ETA on the signs. The trails in this park shouldn't be used for routing on foot, but I don't know which tag to put."
