I can't find any information on it and I don't remember seeing it there in person. Perhaps a duplicate of the nearby Castaways restaurant?

From a survey, it does not run on the surface where it crosses way/1207791573.

It also doesn't run on the surface when it reaches the beach. Historical maps show it ending (I suppose spreading underground) where this note is placed.
