Yes, that's correct; it is blocked. The rail tunnel has been deemed unsafe by authorities and has been closed. A deviation has been cut through the forest to bypass the tunnel which still allows for a continuous track, I added the deviation at the same time (you can see it start about 400m west of the tunnel and joins the track to the north).
