This place is only signposted as "Awanui Labs" (listed on https://www.awanuilabs.co.nz/north/northland/contact-us/), and there's a sign mentioning dropping off samples on the door.

There's also another "Awanui Labs" across the street (node/14062639706), which is also listed on the website: https://www.awanuilabs.co.nz/north/northland/collection-centre/rust-avenue-collection-centre, and is where you go to get blood tests done. This is probably the one you are wanting if you're searching for "Awanui Labs".

I'm not sure how to represent this properly, since both of them look like they'd count as sample collection facilities. iD doesn't let me rename either of them due to the Wikidata link.
