The connections from the MTB trail to the wooded walking paths appear to be blocked off by trees. I'm guessing the park operators don't want people to use them. We should re-survey and consider removing these walking paths.

Franklin and Hancock Streets have just been restriped to be two-way (with a contra-flow bike lane in one section). We should re-survey in 1-2 weeks to be sure the work is finished.

Madison Parks's website says "Felland Park" is here, and they own this land. But I'm not sure if a park actually exists here yet.
