Future location of Orchard View Gardens apartments from National CORE

As ART is officially dead (for now), should their routes be deleted from OSM until another provider starts operating them? There currently is no bus service going into the Convention Center / hotel area itself.

The driveway listed here is inaccessible due to chained poles. The business used to be an automotive shop, but is now a preschool. Its parking lot is only accessible from Francesca Drive.
