Im April 2020 stand hier ein neues Hinweisschild, welches den Durchgang in Richtung Stübenwasen aus Naturschutzgründen untersagt hat. Da der Pfad somit offiziell gesperrt ist und es ein Betretungsverbot gibt, wäre es nicht verkehrt, wenn er dann auch entsprechend angepasst würde.
