The segment previously had highway=abandoned tag along with access=no tag. I changed the classification while retaining the access tag. Changeset reverted now to its previous state.
In these cases, would you suggest disused:* prefix to be more preferable? Please let me know of your thoughts.

Hi akino_germany, thank you for reverting the changeset. We are adopting the higher road classification at TomTom on our organised editing, as documented on osm.wiki/Link_roads_between_different_highways_types.
I am not aware of the from-to classification scheme. Please let me know if it is an adopted standard for your region so I can note down to share with my colleagues too, for future reference.

It was a misinterpretation from my end. After a refresher review on roundabouts, I understand and acknowledge my mistake. I will be more careful in my future edits.
