Can someone with a good knowledge of OSM convert the definition of Elmhurst from a node to the more informative relation/way description. I would do it if I understood how.

This segment west of Hillcrest Drive is shown on the official city map as Alley Way.

To be consistent with the Montrose GIS map, the segment of South 3rd Street between Grand Avenue and Rio Grande Avenue should be labeled "South 3rd Street". The "West" designation applies to streets west of Grand Avenue. See Main Street for a correct example.
