THIS IS "PUT JAZINE 248, 22240 TISNO, CROATIA" address. That road which you called "Put Oštrice", is actually "Šibenska ulica" or on English, "Šibenska street". Check this photo, on the right side of that photo is actually marked object "Put Jazine 248" and it is marked on your map.
