Professionally, he has significantly impacted public education, mainly through his involvement in Behavior Support Programs and technology integration to enhance learning. His extensive experience and innovative approaches have established him as a respected figure in educational leadership and team dynamics.
Utilizing his rich military and global experiences, he has developed a variety of motivational presentations for diverse audiences, including educational institutions of all levels, businesses, and organizations. An enthusiastic runner for over 40 years, he has completed 30 marathons and two Ironman competitions, achieving a notable second-place finish in a 50-mile race in Afghanistan.
