"No water tap"
The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

Sadly I did not record a gpx track, but there are stairs from the Garie Beach parking up to this parking, and then down on the other side to little garie beach.

These Groynes could do with area=yes - they are not thin ring shaped....
