This is also a parking lot connected to the adjacent parking lot. The rates are as follows:

2 Wheels or Motorcycle - ₱10 for whole day. If the owner leaves the parking area and comes back, another ₱10 will be charged.
4 wheels - ₱20 initial hour, and ₱10 additional for each succeeding hour.

Betcha & Kakes & Kreams Customers can avail 1 hour free parking. Customers will be charged ₱10 for any succeeding hours.

About 2 years ago, the Shopper's Central shut down and was transformed into "Maker Sales Center - Tomas Claudio Branch." It's open everyday from 8:30AM to 7:30PM.

This is where "Akats Tea - Main Branch." It's open every day from 10AM to 10PM.

The "Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Region IX - Zamboanga City Satellite Office" building should be here. Their offices are open from 8AM to 5PM on weekdays. They are closed on weekends.

There's a cafe here called "Kakes and Kreams." They are open from 10AM-10PM from Monday to Saturday. They are closed on Sunday.

This should be the "Ildefonso 1 Bldg." The following businesses operate there:

- Zamboanga BirthCare Maternity Clinic
- Dela Cruz & Dela Cruz Law Office (Atty. Michael B. Dela Cruz & Atty. Ellen Pilar S. Dela Cruz)
- "Ownspace," a 24/7 co-working space
- Koreana Look Beauty Clinic La Purisima Branch
- The Sleep Clinic - Zamboanga (Open from 9AM–5PM, except Sundays)

The McDonald's here had shut down months ago.

The Caltex here is gone now. It's now just an empty, abandoned space.

There should be buildings within this area. This area should contain a long building, the Zamboanga City Library. They're open on weekdays from 8AM to 5PM; they're closed on weekends.

There is a commercial building here with a Potato Corner, Dennis Coffee Garden, and The Bunker (boutique store) among other stores.
