Hello AkuAnakTimur, I was reviewing highway refs around the country and the “/1" appeared to be a typo compared to refs elsewhere. I appreciate the feedback and image of the sign confirming “K308/1”. Based on your understanding, does this indicate two distinct highway refs (like “K308;1”) or a unique ref (“K308/1”)? Also, have you seen signs including the forward slash elsewhere in your travels around Malaysia?

Hi, thanks for the question. We have an agreement with Digital Globe to use some of their recent imagery to edit OpenStreetMap. Where we use it, we always cite the date in the changeset source. We mostly use the imagery that’s already available on iD and JOSM. When using the https://discover.digitalglobe.com website, not all imagery is initially visible. Once you have selected your area of interest, go to the “filters” button, keep the “core imagery” product type but update the "image type” filter to include PAN (or panchromatic) photos. The April 1, 2020 photo should be visible.

Hello Kucai, I used a recent DigitalGlobe photo from April 1, 2020 which shows the completed toll plaza. The external lane around the outside of the plaza follows convention seen elsewhere to model the motorcycle bypass. For example at way/812757250#map=16/3.8731/103.2437 you can see a similar path bypass the plaza (confirmed in https://www.mapillary.com/map/im/UtOrd7nXzzy1Yk09_1HjvA). The tagging comes from the Malaysian roads guidelines (osm.wiki/Malaysian_Roads_Tagging).

I was fixing a kink in the road and aligning it better and moved a few buildings that overlapped the newer alignment, but see I left an overlapping building. In general we try to fix the most egregious errors in an area, and I was getting a number of conflicts in this area while mapping, which appeared to be local users editing at the same time so I moved on. I will take your feedback into account for future editing.
