The folks at Strava pointed me to you as they said they rely on Open Street Map data and it appears on their maps / biking data that the Enola Low Grade Trail / Bike Crossing shows an incorrect altitude gain across the bridge (of approximately 250 feet). The bridge is level so there should be little if any altitude gain when crossing it.

You CAN turn left here. The sign here is warning that you can’t turn left onto Main Street up ahead. You can turn left onto hammon.
