A golden rule of OSM mapping is "When in doubt, actual field survey is needed". So don't change anything just by imagery.

Based on Bing, you think the cycleway near end of Whitefield Rd is actually the Whitefield Rd. From Google Earth, It seems to me the cycleway and Whtefield Rd are 2 separated tracks; and that it is a path rather than a cycleway.

So I won't change it, unless I go there and check it, or a local resident can verify it.

I have not been to that cyleway nor Whitefield Road. I didn't add the cycleway and the Road.

I'd ignore this warning as that road and cycleway is very close to each other at several other sections; for example, 160m east of the end of Whitefield Rd.
