I have typically used power=pole for single wood poles per the third sentence on this page: power=tower That said, some of these are steel poles while others that are more closely spaced together in Leavenworth are wood poles. I don't personally have an issue with wood poles being towers and I generally haven't been changing towers to poles or vice versa in my more recent edits.
