De Halbertsmahal wordt momenteel gesloopt. Waarschijnlijk wordt dit terrein deel van een nieuwe woonwijk:

Boven de Wide Mûnstergroppe is men van plan een groot gebied af te graven voor het realiseren van een nieuw meer.
