Hi muralito, thanks for the question. Apple (#adt) has an agreement with Maxar to use their more recent imagery to edit OpenStreetMap, which is not publicly available for editing OpenStreetMap. We generally use the imagery that is already available in JOSM but where we do use that more recent imagery, we always cite it and the date the imagery is from in the changeset source. Hello AndreDuhour. The private access was added back in 2013 here. There is no Mapillary street view to verify or visible gates in aerial imagery so I cannot verify. Best.

Hello muralito. I saw in ground imagery (https://www.mapillary.com/app/?pKey=747098827016552) that the intersection did not appear to have any sidewalks or pedestrian paths and this might be too busy of a junction for pedestrians to cross easily. I do see a small shoulder along the road however. Would you recommend not adding foot=no to sections of the trunk network like this one? If so, I can remove those tags.
