| 2396962 | LQconcern | The Access Rd dead ends behind 144 Lakeshore. What you have marked as service streets are private driveways maintained by the property owners of 147 Terrace Trail West and 165 Terrace Trail West. The skinny line that extends south past the dead end is a skinny asphalt driveway and says PRIVATE. The service rd drawn East/west between the Access Rd’s dead end and Terrace Trail West doesn’t even go though as of 6/2020. Part of the asphalt was on private property and the new owners had it taken out and replaced with plantings in a elevated berm. It is a severe incline and a service truck that pulled in from Terrace Trail West would have a precarious time backing out. If a large truck came the entry of the Access Rd they’re could not turn around and would have to back out. Since you have included NO other driveways to homes NEITHER of those driveways should even be drawn on the map. The Access Rd may have been renamed SW Pueblo in the last couple of years. But there are NO service roads. Ask an Amazon driver.

| 2396825 | LQconcern | There is no service street at the south end of access rd to connect it to Terrace Trail West. From google earth it may look like that, but it is a private driveway and no longer goes through. The last third of the asphalt was approved by Q,Inc and removed 6/2020. It is soft landscaping on the owners’ property. Many people have driven on it for years, but it is on owners private property and it was never intended to connect Terrace Trail West to access rd. The access road has been renamed sw Pueblo; it is a dead end behind 144 Lakeshore. The slim extension on your map from the access rd/ sw Pueblo is a private drive and is not open to the public. The driveway and the private drive are maintained by property owners not the city. Look at Google map as a reference. |
