Thanks for your response Inna, they probably should have been labeled as trails. My guess is that they are used so motocross.

The deleted roads/trails are in active use and lightly visible in multiple imageries, as well as on Strava.

Looks like the address 1207 is for the Post Office to the East, while 1189 is the Gas Station.
