This is three separate buildings

The hotel is close enough to the adjacent property that routers (at least OsmAnd's for sure) seem to want to snap it to those service ways instead of the correct ones. Mapping the wooden fence around the hotel should help make it clearer to data consumers that there is no valid path from there to the hotel; see GeoScribble for a rough outline of the fence's extent from in-person survey.
