Highway priority expected to be one step up to account for new construction in region, end of about 25 yrs of bypass ting towns and going from 2 lanes-head on 90 km/h to 4 lanes, divided 110 km/h.
Applies Saskatoon-Prince Albert, Saskatoon-Regina (except 10km to be done at jct with hwy from moose jaw). Applies also Saskatoon-Edmonton, and some noteworthy others in western canada, eg Winnipeg, MB-Regina, SK-Calgary, AB-banff then golden, BC. These roads are safer, divided, higher speed roads (blue in this region) than the green shown (eg at Rosetown, SK, or east of Clavet,SK-Yorktown-Winnipeg). Should bump divided, higher speed roads up one level to account for specifics and reality in Western Canada. Thanks.

East 29th Avenue adjacent Slocan Park is a 30 km/h playground zone, which is in effect during daylight hours from dawn to dusk (at other times, the speed limit is 50 km/h). I do not know how to enter a conditional restriction based on variable times (dawn and dusk occur at different times throughout the year), so I have entered the speed limit as 30 km/h, as the majority of traffic travels on East 29th Ave during daylight hours when the 30 km/h speed limit is in effect.
