This cul de sac was built in 2020 and it is a private property with no public easement (official trails). There’s upcoming development, and people are getting confused by the trails showing on OSM. The trails start at parking above going East and South or at the Benchmark Dr. Cul de Sac where official parking is intended. Lower on the map, starting south of the 1500m marker is public land where trails are intended.
