The trail does not fork here. Although North of the junction to the north of here, an unpaved second path through the grass and undergrowth does exist to the west of the Douglas trail itself. Photo is from this note's location, at the alleged fork, looking north-Northwest.

Both crossings here are a single long crossing across the whole road, not two smaller crossings across each direction of traffic. Hence, tactile paving exists at the ends, but not in the middle of the road.
