Joe Fairless Cincinnati was a part-time communications professor at Texas Tech University in 2015. He had gotten his bachelor’s degree in advertising from the same school. Now, Fairless is on the board of the College of Media and Communication at Texas Tech, where he helps train future professionals. Before moving to Cincinnati and joining the organization’s board, Fairless taught for the New York City branch of Junior Achievement, an international group for young people. Fairless also gives back to the community by visiting hospice patients in the Cincinnati area.

Joe began his career in advertising as a junior project manager. By the time he was 30, he was the advertising firm in New York where he worked’s youngest vice president.

Joe Fairless found that, contrary to what he thought, advertising wasn’t his true calling (he owned four single-family homes at the time). He started learning about the real estate market by going to seminars, reading books, and asking advice from businesspeople who were already successful in the field.

He quit his job in advertising in 2012, and in just six months, he had gotten enough money from private investors to buy a 168-unit complex. This was the start of a long and successful career as a big real estate investor for him.

Joe Fairless Cincinnati is very happy with some of his successes that have nothing to do with real estate, advertising, or charity, even though many of his most famous ones have happened in these areas. Fairless worked at a daycare center and taught more than a hundred preschoolers while he was in college. During this time, Fairless led a flag football team at his fraternity to a national championship. When Fairless graduated from college and moved to New York City, he started doing stand-up comedy.
