Buildings in general in watertown downtown area need to be updated so that each building structure has its own building polygon instead of these large building areas that encompass multiple individual buildings

park poi seems misplaced, if it belongs to one of the parks nearby then the name is old...

looks like 5th Ave here way/202577498 was tagged as a living street a number of years ago, should it stay as such or be retagged as residential to fit surrounding road classifications?

arts_centre poi here needs verification and updating
