This is the Lynn Ditch (and trail). There's a 2nd ditch, perhaps on the other side of the trail, I forget its name.

This is called the New Ditch Trail. I have pictures of the 'street' sign.

This is not the Jericho Ditch, it is the Hudnell Ditch. a) I have pictures of the intersections b) you can see this by zooming in sufficiently from the swamp's own website, https://www.fws.gov/refuge/Great_Dismal_Swamp/map.html

The Hudnell continues SE for a ways, at least to the dotted (county?) line.

The Jericho Ditch runs from the NW to the SE. This, too, you can see from the refuge's own website.

This is the Hudnell Ditch Trail, not Jericho Ditch Lane. I have photos of the sign, and, you can look on Google maps.
