Could someone who knnow how, please resolve the problem which makes large areas of dry land look as if they are flooded.
The problem is encountered in Osmand Nautical view but is assumed top be caused by OSM data anomalies.

"The Cafe is permanently closed."
The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

Devon Traffic Orders web page shows this is now closed to motor vehicles after the house, with the short open section having a 40mph speed limit. Needs confirming on ground
