Plaice to Eat has closed and been replaced by "Rio Grill"

Several blocks of flats, and a few houses have been built on parts of the land here. I'm not yet confident with aigning aerial/satellite imagery in the editor. The buildings are clearly visible from above, and I can do a street-level survey to get addresses.

This healthcare building has a "hospital grounds" area marked out around it. The building hasn't been a hospital for a long time, and the area adds an incorrect icon to the map. What should I change the area type to, a car park?

There are actually two paths here, with trees planted between them, one path (further into the path, is managed by EEBC, and the other, closer to the dog free area more to the south, is managed by Surrey CC is the one that continues further on to Reigate Road etc.
