This is where I put the pin. How did it get moved? It's a mystery. We will never know.

Course of Mylnes Culvert incorrect at this point. I have an Environment Agency map showing the correct course:
• St Stephens Street
• Under St Stephen's Garden
• Along Marsh Street to Prince Street.
A stormwater culvert runs from my pin and under the Centre to Cascade Steps. This is the culvert that many Bristolians believe is the River Frome, as it was before the construction of Mylnes Culvert.
If you need to see the map you can email me: jackmartinleith@gmail.com.
Thanks for giving this your attention.

This site is now Global Centre for Rail Excellence, currently under construction. There are various track diagrams online. This one is very clear: https://expedition.uk.com/project/global-centre-of-rail-excellence/
As you can see, the rail line enters from bottom left and feeds various test tracks.
There's a Wikipedia entry at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Global_Centre_of_Rail_Excellence. This will be a significant facility for south Wales and the UK rail industry, and updating the map will be widely appreciated. Thanks. JML
