Recommend removing this landuse area over the water; there is no restricted area here. Title 33 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) parts 165 and 334 are the authoritative source for defining Limited Access Areas, Regulated Navigation Areas, Danger Zones, and Restricted Areas. An actual restricted area would be 1. Written in the CFR, 2. Clearly noted on the NOAA nautical chart (18814 Sodus Bay) and 3. Described in detail in NOAA's Coast Pilot 6 (Chapter two), however no restricted areas are listed in these sources. Subpart G of 33 CFR 165 "Protection of Naval Vessels" does not apply. Additionally, since its a rescue station, they would not want to discourage vessels in distress to approach the station in an emergency. Also, it seems proper that a land use area should end at the land's edge and not continue out into the water. IF an restricted area actually existed in the CFR, the area would more properly be mapped as: seamark:restricted_area:category=restricted_entry.

Request someone look into this, this and three areas to the north are not water bodies but are islands in the marsh. Some recent edits somehow converted them into water.

This is the actual location of the Eastport Post Office.

Quody Tides Foundation Marine Library seems like it is misplaced.

The ferry landing is on the beach, not at the end of the road as shown. There is a 2-level pier at the end of the road, but no ferry-landing infrastructure.

Also, the street name is misspelled. The correct spelling is "Bucknam", not "Buckman". (Note: There is a "Buckman Head" at the south end of Eastport; however, it is a naming corruption. The landowner's name was "Bucknam".

Recommend removing this landuse area over the water; there is no restricted area here. Title 33 of the Code of Federal Regulations(CFR) parts 165 and 334 are the authoritative source for defining Limited Access Areas, Regulated Navigation Areas (RNA), Danger Zones, and Restricted Areas. There is an RNA here (33 CFR 165.510), but it does not prohibit vessels from navigating in the area near the Coast Guard Base. Subpart G of 33 CFR 165 "Protection of Naval Vessels" does not apply. Additionally, since its a rescue station, they would not want to discourage vessels in distress to approach the station in an emergency. Also, it seems proper that a land use area should end at the land's edge and not continue out into the water. technically this is not a marina, its a docking area for coast guard ships, suggest changing the tag to be more accurate... in addition, same user had made the same additions elsewhere suggest updating those areas as well.
