(I've just made the above change)

Hi David! Many thanks for your contributions. Just a note, building=terrace is used for an entire block of terraced houses (if not mapped individually). Instead, if the terrace houses are already individually mapped, as these were, then these are usually mapped as building=house and then optionally as house=terrace to specify the type of houses. (Each house should have these tags). For slightly more info, building=terrace . Thanks again!

HI @EA-payphones. Do I understand you're saying there's nothing here any more at all (the feature that was originally mapped has completely gone, both the booth and the phone)? If so, then the node can be deleted.

Ah I see. Thanks. Next time I'm in that area I'll make a detour. It's not visible on imagery from Feb 2026 unfortunately. But yes, to confirm, it's definitely no longer present in Bramford Road.

Hi Robert!
It's definitely gone from this location.
Previously (yellow box): https://www.mapillary.com/app/?pKey=1645100572671683&lat=52.062548306667026&lng=1.139541339999937&z=17&focus=photo&x=0.3965535802233882&y=0.5019097664266919&zoom=2.6125933831376735

Most recent view: https://www.mapillary.com/app/?lat=52.062559666667&lng=1.1394516333332376&z=17&dateFrom=2026-07-01&pKey=27265451406480844&focus=photo&x=0.23655436648919057&y=0.43420987544282347&zoom=1.268235120872043
So it can be removed from OSM. Based on the title of your changeset, do you think it's gone somewhere different instead?

Thanks for fixing my error! 😊

Nice work. 😊

(I had already split the huge residential landuse in Ipswich into smaller parts, and started working on smaller sections individually, but never got round to unglueing the rest, so thanks for doing this and the other nearby changeset)

Thank you so much for doing this. It was on my to do list but never got round to it. 😂

Hi Monty Page-Hills. Nice work on this edit. You might just want to take a look at the BSP TEX building as there's currently a tag that says building:levels=factory . :-)

Hi @eteb3! I totally understand your reasons for removing the sidewalk ways, as you explained it in your changeset comment. However I notice that all the surrounding roads have their sidewalks mapped separately. Perhaps it would be better to reinstate the sidewalks and instead remove the tagging from the main Argyle Street way instead, just for consistency with the surrounding area? Just a thought. Thanks for considering. :-)

Great! Thanks for sorting it. :-)

Nice work. But can I just check... did you mean to delete the bus stops on Hatfield Road? Have the bus stops been removed in real life?
Also, hope you don't mind me mentioning, but it might be better to leave the unused shop without a name, since 'unused' isn't the name of that building or shop. If you want to tag it as a disused shop, there are tags specifically for that (disused:shop=*). Also, is the dentist really called 'Dentist' or does the business have a specific name? :-)

Haha yeah it's easily done! Just seen you've already fixed it. 👍

Nice work as always, @Rowland. Just noticed a small typo in the postcodes you added, they seem to start with "I{8" rather than "IP8". I'm happy to fix this or leave it to you? 😊

Thanks for spotting my typo!

Thanks for the info on the tool, @smsm1!

Thanks for pointing this out. I wasn't aware of the county tag advice. I wasn't the map editor here in this changeset but I'll keep it in mind. Thanks.

Really great work here! That's a lot of work and also the improvements on addresses and other info too. Out of interest, do you have a tool to help speed this up or is it totally manual looking at the FHRS website and updating one by one? In the past I've only ever done a few FHRS ID edits at a time. Thanks!
