As ART is officially dead (for now), should their routes be deleted from OSM until another provider starts operating them? There currently is no bus service going into the Convention Center / hotel area itself.

Slightly pedantic issue: the RTA 200 uses the 91 Express Lanes as much as possible, entering/exiting at the east terminus around here and ending at the CA-55 Express Lane exit.

This bus stop has likely been deprecated - Google Maps Street View from 2022 to latest (2024) shows the stop's sign as "OUT OF SERVICE", and RTA 24 was instead moved to Ynez / Overland. RTA 202 also disappeared during the pandemic according to the Wayback Machine, suggesting that the route has been retired.
