Road may not be open to general car traffic

These recently renovated paths may be accessible to bicycles as well.

There appear to be two cycle route nodes (rcn_ref) at either end of this bit of road both called 92. Is one of them incorrect?

(Tip: switch to the cycle map layer to see them more easily. The west one does not show up on my screen at every zoom level, oddly enough.)
