Ditch no longer present but may have been piped. The "stream" classification should be revised as water flow intermittent and serves to drain the local area and roads. Potentially it should be reclassified as a "waterway" if anybody is able to confirm whether it has been piped. Similarly for the culvert beneath the roundabout.
