"Place does not exist for 5 or more years already."
The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

The old tower was demolished in 2025 and a new one built in early 2026. Not sure if it's at the same location as old one.

No living zone start/end signs at the North residential area. Possibly the Council isn't counting this track as "full street" for signage purposed. But in practice theses roads all look the same, so it's ambiguous.
