Fix living zone.

Fence here now, need to survey how footways connect and if they are accessible.

Survey new living zone extents. West side courtyard road entrances have signs. Don't know about Northeast side entrance past school and amenities.

Fix layout here and features here. Foot entrance appears to be through the building. Gates closed and for vehicles. Add ticket booth or whatever is here.

New cycleway expected in Eleja along the highway after road works.
