The speed zone 20 sign similar to when entering apartment courtyards suggest it's part of the same road "network".

Fenced-off construction here, I'm fairly sure it's a future Lidl shop, although there's no info outside it. Part of the garages behind it are gone and probably that territory's layout has changed. Exact dimensions or planned parking unknown (and if the living street will be parking access). No work on the connecting foot path yet or any new signs yet. Nearby Maxima unaffected.
