A very detailed or several surveys probably needed since there are a lot of small twisty footways, lots of restricted parking, lots of small amenities. Cadaster has main paths outlined, which greatly helps, so aerial isn't essential for aligning, but it's still likely misaligned slightly until then.

No sure about these paths from aerial. Looks like a "tunnel" through building as well? Needs survey.
