Recently completed 540 Watkins St single-family residence

The river here relation/420985#map=18/42.58534/-83.23604 is an 8-year old import in OSM. It looks like it was substantially remodelled following the building of the offices here - needs a survey (just looking over the edge of the various roads it crosses would be a start).

The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

The marker is centered vertically between the 2 east-west Indian Mound Road sections and this section should not be labeled "South Indian Mound Road". Instead it is part of Indian Mound Road & links the 2 east-west sections. ALSO, below the lower of the 2 east-west Indian Mound Road sections, that road section is called "Indian Mound S" , not South Indian Mound Road. Both of these issues causes major issues with the delivery & Uber/Lyft companies.
