According to my research:
Gemäss Kantonales (Zürcher) Waldgesetz (KWaG) Art. 6 ist [...] Radfahren auf Strassen und Wegen erlaubt.
Die kantonale Waldverordnung präzisiert weiter, dass Rückegassen und Trampelpfade nicht als Strassen oder Wege gemäss Art. 6 des Waldgesetzes gelten.

Weg: Talrainstrasse (37923219) is tagged with highway=track, so I guess it qualifies as “Weg” (otherwise it would have to be highway=path) and therefore driving a bicycle is allowed.
I didn’t find anything in regard to the surface of a track. Can you please indicate the legal codes that ban driving a bicycle on an official track with surface being slightly compacted soft earth - thanks?

So I guess also the tag bicycle=no is a mistake? Or is there an explicit bicycle driving ban?

Für das Parkhaus habe ich die neue node/5365824318 angelegt. Diese Node wie ursprünglich wieder auf amenity=car_sharing gesetzt.

Danke für den Hinweis.
Die Node wurde ursprünglich als Mobility-Standort (amenity=car_sharing) angelegt. Die Node war also nicht für das Parkhaus, sondern nur den einzelnen Mobility-Parkplatz gedacht. Daher auch capacity=1. Erst in Version 4 wurde daraus amenity=parking gemacht, was jetzt nicht mehr mit den anderen Tags übereinstimmt.
Mein Vorschlag: 1) Diese Node wird auf amenity=car_sharing zurückgeändert.
2) Für das Parkhaus wird eine neue Node angelegt.
Was meinst Du?
