Gabriel Warren is a healthcare consultant from Tallahassee, Florida. Before moving into consulting, he practiced law at Rutledge Ecenia P.A. for over 14 years, becoming a shareholder. He advised clients in healthcare, medical marijuana, alcohol, and gaming, focusing on civil, regulatory, and administrative law.

Born on April 6, 1984, in Tallahassee, Gabriel attended local schools and joined the International Baccalaureate program in high school. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Minor in Political Science from Duke University in 2006, while also working in the athletic department.

Gabriel pursued his legal education at Vanderbilt University Law School, where he was recognized as a Dean’s Scholar. He participated in Mock Trial, Moot Court, and the International Law Practice Lab, and volunteered with the Legal Aid Society. He graduated with his Doctor of Jurisprudence in May 2010.

While in law school, Gabriel worked at The Constitution Project in Washington, D.C., interned for Judge Eugene E. Siler, Jr., and spent a summer at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of North Carolina. In 2009, he was a Summer Associate at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein, assisting with research and drafting.

At Rutledge Ecenia P.A., Gabriel represented healthcare providers and regulated businesses in compliance, licensing, reimbursement, and enforcement matters. He also advised clients in the gaming and alcohol industries.

Gabriel has supported America’s Second Harvest, the Nature Conservancy, and the Legal Aid Foundation of Tallahassee. He remains active with local schools, Duke University, and environmental groups. Outside work, he enjoys golfing, fishing, traveling, and time with his wife, Sarah, and daughter, Tinsley. Gabriel Warren continues to value his professional and community commitments.
