As far as I can see, there's no surface recorded for this stretch of the cycleway (from Haswell down to the bit of 'boardwalk' north of Shotton): would it be possible to add a tag? (Looking at the relevant wiki, I think it should prob be 'unpaved' or 'dirt' -- that stretch is very rough.)
