Das Amtsgericht Papenburg ist zwei mal vorhanden. War mir nicht sicher, welcher POI entfernt werden soll?

It's been reported that the department store "Ambient und Geschenke" is not in Esens, but in Essen. The correct lang ad long would be:
Latitude: 51.4556432 (51° 27' 20.32'' N)
Longitude: 7.0115552(7° 0' 41.60'' O)

Can someone please check and correct this if necessary?
