Hello, I am sorry for the delay in the response, thanks for checking in on this edit, when looking at the roads I got Queen Square and Queen Road mixed up which caused this mistake. From what I see there is no restriction there. The restriction that I saw was a no right turn from Queen Road to North Street. As far as I can see this is the correct no right turn that was meant to be added, but it already exists on the correct segments.
