this empty space needs something in it. Bing maps shows some sort of informal(?) footway as well as the start of a new road from the south, suggesting future construction. please survey to check current state.

i am unsure of the name of the kind of structure but theres steps next to the river; a quay of some sort? not intended to be used for sitting/etc (although its use seems to be tolerated) as all sorts of signs say not to enter
